Lubor's interests range from athletics to classical music.  At the Youth Summit, he wants to address the issue of environmental destruction in his country.  He hopes to encourage a new environmental ethic by organizing ecological projects for young people.

In addition to tennis, reading and hiking, Zoufal enjoys listening to classical music and hard rock.  One of his favorite artists is Sting.  He describes himself as friendly, humorous, smart, confident and sincere.

My name is Lubor. I'm an exchange student in USA. 

The youth delegates at the Summit are an amazing group from all corners of the Earth.  We dress differently.  We look different.  We speak differently.  I don't know if many people have seen so many different faces in one place.  Yet, we are the same people. 

When I came here, I was looking for something that we all had in common.  I thought it was going to be very hard to find.  But I found it on the first day.  What is the commonality?  We all have the same problems.  And we all have similar ideas about the future of our planet.  Neither our religion, nor our nationalities, nor our socio-economic status matters when it comes to this point.  We are all looking for a peaceful planet where we can live in harmony.

Is it true that people don't want to listen each other?  Maybe in the world of adults.  But not between youth.

Oh, my God!  This is so sentimental!  You must be a hero or heroine, if you read to here.  Why am I writting that stuff?  Because I want other youth to recognize our common problems and I want you to talk about them. But where? In a club? Twice  a year at a special camp? Where?

We have plenty of organizations for youth and they are doing a great job, but there still is no place for us to communicate.  Now, there is a chance because we live in the age of the internet.  Where can we communicate?  Here.  On this site.  On PlanetYouth. 

We need to prove that we want a common world. We HAVE to do it.  NOW. Just Do It, like Nike says.   

Let's create a Forum -  a youth forum - where we can discuss interesting and important issues.  I know how do you feel.  Another crazy plan.  Forget it.  Why should I lose my time.  Please, don't think that way.  Our Earth is so beautiful and we have 'her' in our hands.  Please don't say it isn't my problem.  One day soon we will be the leaders. The leaders of our planet. So let's create a vision and work for the same goals.

So, what do you think? What you do now is your decision, but don't forget that the future is in our hands.  Don't let the opportunity get away.
