Jon is a member of the school council.  He also enjoys the outdoors and participates in the Boy Scouts.  Jon is concerned with the state of the world's global environment and he is also worried about poverty in the third world, which he sees as the root cause to many global conflicts.  For Jon, the Youth Summit is an opportunity for young people to learn from one another and to chart a sustainable path into the future.

Jon describes himself as friendly, hardworker, like to talk to people, outgoing, and happy.  As far as music is concerned - he listens to everything.

Rowsay, Jon's hometown is famous for being a fortified town.
