It was a great day for me and also a very hard day.  We created a plan of action today.  The Summit has helped show use how to make our dreams real, how to become leaders, how to be facilitators.

I learned that I am not a good facilitator, but I think it is because my English is not very good.  I will never forget what Cindy, one of the team leaders, said to me when I said that I'm not a great speaker.  She said, "You are.  You are speaking now."  These words were so important to me.  I am so impressed with the staff.  They are so nice, fun, great, and their words have so much power.  The beautiful souls they have inside make their faces beautiful and bright outside.

What I learned yesterday is many of the famous people who are doing humanitarian work are simple people like us.  What is different about them is their strong belief, which gives them the power to make a difference.
